How does the shipping process work after purchase?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your payment has been successfully processed, we begin preparing your order for shipment.
All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery.

What are the dimensions of the candles?
Small: Height: 9cm; Diameter: 10cm
Medium: Height: 13cm; Diameter: 14cm
Large: Height: 26cm; Diameter: 20cm
How many burning time per candle size?
Our candles have following average burning time:
- Small: 40h
- Medium: 100h
- XL: 360h
Why do we have to stop the candle 1 cm from the bottom?
When the candle is burned out, put the wicks in their original place while the wax is still solid:
- Always keep a burning candle in sight
- Keep flammable objects away from the candle
- Always keep candles away from children and pets
- Do not place candles near a heat source
- Place candles on a heat-resistant surface
- Cut the wick to 0.4 cm
- Avoid use in drafty areas
What are the candles made of?
The candles are made with paraffin and perfume.
The wicks are made of cotton.
The Victoria Collection consists of mouth-blown glass
How do you remove all the candle wax to replace with a refill?
Put the candle in the freezer for a couple hours. The candle wax will come loose by itself.
