Right of return

Within 30 days of receiving your package, you may file a return with us. This can easily be done by clicking the following button:

You can do this by returning the products immediately, but you may also email us first that (part of) the order is being returned, for example by using the European withdrawal form (use of this form is not obligatory, by the way). After such an e-mail, you have 14 days to actually send things back to us.

As soon as we have received your return, we will make sure you get your money back within five working days. Only if you have returned your entire order will you also receive the shipping costs of the standard delivery – this does not apply if you only return part of your order. The refund will always be made to the same means of payment you initially used to place your order. We may also wait to refund you until we have received the products back or until you have proven that you have returned them. 

How to return something

To return a product, you need to buy your own label. 
So always follow these steps:

  • Put the products and the form together in a return parcel
  • Take your return to the nearest point of sale
  • Keep your proof of postage as it enables you to track your parcel

  1. Returns
    The costs for returning are at all times at your expense.
    In case of a full return we will refund the shipping costs in case you had to pay them when placing your order.
  2. Error in delivery
    Are products damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Then we do not charge any return costs and your return is free of charge.
  3. Bought your own sticker
    If you have purchased a sticker yourself, we cannot compensate for these costs.
